Sabrina Hanousek
After nine successful years at Fort and Quadra, Notary Public Sabrina Hanousek has established her own firm, Notaries on Douglas.
Prior to becoming a notary in 1998, Sabrina worked in various law firms in Vancouver, Victoria, as well as overseas in London England and Australia.
This global exposure has given Sabrina invaluable experience, expertise, and knowledge in all aspects of the legal profession.
For your convenience Notaries on Douglas is open 8:30 to 4:30, Monday to Friday. For further flexibility appointment times can be scheduled outside the regular hours.

Laura Wignall - Legal Assistant
Laura - after successfully completing her legal assistant program, has been a part of Sabrina's team since May 2004.
Laura looks after conveyancing -- processing the documentation for real estate transactions including electronic filing. She also does manufactured home transfers and mortgages.

Amber Wilkin
Amber has been with NOD since December, 2009 as a full time conveyancer.
Amber has several years' experience with various Notary firms and law firms and is a welcome addition to help with our large volume of conveyancing.
Lynn Ritchie - Legal Assistant
Lynn Ritchie has been working part time at NOD since September, 2008. Lynn has over 12 years of conveyancing experience after working at various law firms and she also types Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Lynn is a very welcome addition to the Notaries on Douglas team.

Trish Dunbar - Bookkeeper
Trish has been with Notaries on Douglas since the start, September 1, 2007, working 2 days/week as a bookkeeper.
An avid artist and mother of Daisy, our number 2 guard dog, Trish is a great asset to our firm.
Kelsi Pullen
Kelsi is a UVic coop student and has completed two work terms with NOD since May, 2009.
Kelsi will obtain her Bachelor of Commerce at UVic in August, 2010 and is working part time as a junior Legal Assistant.

Meg rides herd on the rest of the team, keeping everyone organized, while practicing superb puppy dog psychology on her pet people getting them to open doors, scratch her ears, and keep her supplied with the never ending treat supply line.
